
What would you put in a 6th grade Language Arts student binder?
I am wondering how I will have my student binders organized this year. What do you or would you place in their binders? How is it organized?
Have everyone get a 1 1/2 inch binder. Have them each get 5 dividers. Divider #1 should say Homework. They will put all their completed homework or homework to be completed in that section. Divider #2 should say notes. They will keep all the notes they take in that class in that section. Divider #3 should say Spelling. They will keep their spelling lists for that week, spelling pretests and tests and anything else that relates to spelling. Divider #4 should say Packets and Handouts. They will keep all their unit packets and anything else you give them in here. Divider #5 should say Graded Work. Have them keep all their graded work in here. Give them a chart so they can fill out all their scores and keep track of their current grade. Hope I helped!
